You will work closely with the Finance Team to process payments efficiently and accurately, while delivering a high level of customer service to clients and external sources.
Job Responsibility:
Communicating with clients and external agencies by telephone in a professional and timely manner
Providing support and cover to other areas of the business when required
Ensuring full compliance with ISO27001 requirements at all times
Maintaining strict confidentiality in relation to all correspondence, documentation and communications
Carrying out any additional ad‑hoc duties as required by the business
Processing payments to clients and third parties accurately and promptly
Managing and maintaining daily work schedules to the best of your ability
Using written, electronic and verbal communication to chase overdue payments on a daily basis
Providing clients with clear and timely updates via email and telephone
Resolving file queries proactively to ensure cases progress smoothly to completion
Liaising with other departments when necessary to support efficient case handling
Requirements:
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Strong organisational, administrative and time‑management skills
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
A customer‑focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to cope under pressure and remain calm in fast‑paced environments
Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
Ability to use initiative within agreed boundaries, as well as work effectively as part of a team
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisation and time‑management skills, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
