Job Description

You will work closely with the Finance Team to process payments efficiently and accurately, while delivering a high level of customer service to clients and external sources.

Job Responsibility

  • Communicating with clients and external agencies by telephone in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing support and cover to other areas of the business when required
  • Ensuring full compliance with ISO27001 requirements at all times
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality in relation to all correspondence, documentation and communications
  • Carrying out any additional ad‑hoc duties as required by the business
  • Processing payments to clients and third parties accurately and promptly
  • Managing and maintaining daily work schedules to the best of your ability
  • Using written, electronic and verbal communication to chase overdue payments on a daily basis
  • Providing clients with clear and timely updates via email and telephone
  • Resolving file queries proactively to ensure cases progress smoothly to completion
  • Liaising with other departments when necessary to support efficient case handling

Requirements

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time‑management skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
