Job Description:

The Business Risk and Control Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role requiring in-depth knowledge, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to evaluate issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to governance and control frameworks within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

coordinate governance and facilitation of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA)
contribute to the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the Control Framework implementation
support identification of issue root causes and recommend corrective actions
monitor control breaches and disseminate learnings for process improvements
influence decisions on effective design and management of controls
perform quality control analysis
support adherence to MCA standards
contribute to operational and compliance risk management
identify, assess, and manage risk exposures
monitor risk appetite and assess exposures
ensure accurate and timely capture of operational and compliance risk events
perform analysis of risks from new activities and changes to the business
support operational risk scenario analysis and stress testing
apply knowledge of business to identify and implement control points and processes

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience
experience with work-flow systems
excellent project management and organizational skills
outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
self-motivated and detail oriented
