Finance Project Manager Location: Berlin, Germany (3 days onsite preferred) Contract: Fixed Term Employment Contract until December 2026 Start: ASAP Open Positions: 2

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day processes related to payments, crediting, and invoicing
  • Coordinate seller contracting and maintain accurate records
  • Track and manage incentives, payments, and financial flows
  • Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements
  • Assist in building and refining workflows and systems
  • Handle incoming requests and data with a high level of accuracy and organisation

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with manual processes and data
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in process optimisation and workflow improvement

Nice to have

  • Exposure to payments, invoicing, or finance-related processes
  • German language skills
