Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on procurement or purchasing
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred
Proficiency in Source-to-Pay and T&E systems (Ariba, Concur, etc.)
Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and verbal)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing an outsourced team is a plus.

Nice to have:
