Job Description

This position is in the Finance Operations Team within the Corporate Finance Department.

Job Responsibility

  • Transaction processing and analysis for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Bank transaction processing and issue resolution
  • Weekly & period end reconciliation and reporting on key ledger & bank accounts
  • Maintenance of Time & Materials (timesheet system) business application
  • Monitor the integrity of transactions within Time & Material system and develop reporting processes
  • Management of business passthrough charges process
  • Credit card expenses reconciliation to Expensify
  • Monthly & quarter end reporting and routines
  • Support external and internal audit process
  • Reporting routines from various applications which support the Finance Function
  • Continuous development and improvement of processes and reporting
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Ability to cover Team members’ key tasks during absence & holiday

Requirements

  • Strong MS skill set
