Job Description:

You’ll be the heartbeat of our transactional finance team, ensuring bills are paid, the bank balances, and that the suppliers stay happy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and verify invoices and expenses for multiple entities across various geographies
  • Ensure all approvals align with group policy and manage any queries through to resolution
  • Monitor the creditors ledger and initiate payment runs twice a month for payroll, expenses, and suppliers
  • Post daily bank transactions and perform regular reconciliations to verify accuracy
  • Set up new suppliers in the ERP (Sage) and work with the team to verify bank details independently
  • Build excellent relationships with suppliers and reconcile statements to the ledger
  • Collaborate with Cost Accountants to produce accurate AP Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with VAT/GST returns, audit projects, and develop your skills by helping with overhead journals

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in business English (French and/or German skills are a huge bonus)
  • You possess a strong academic background, with a finance or business degree (or higher) being preferred
  • You are an Excel pro with strong IT skills
  • You are highly organized and proactive
