We make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide. We are looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join our finance team!

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the team and other company functions (customer service, ops, tech, payments, product, account management) as well as company clients
  • Preparation of complex sales/operational reports
  • Perform client reconciliations
  • Serving as financial point of contact for company clients
  • Conduct meetings with clients including various training on company financial products/flows
  • Monitor and resolve daily financial queries

Requirements

  • B.A/ B.Sc- a must
  • Advanced Excel skills- a must
  • English (Advanced Level or Native)- a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence, handle objections, and resolve client’s questions
  • English and Japanese – required
  • Must be based in Japan

Nice to have

  • In Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or another quantitative field- an advantage
  • Previous experience in a finance role – an advantage
  • Experience with SQL- an advantage
  • Korean – a significant advantage
