Job Description

This role sits within Ashurst Service Central's Finance Operations function and provides operational support across E-Billing and Rates & Matter Administration (RAMA). The Finance Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting the successful integration of client billing operations following the Ashurst and Perkins Coie merger, while also contributing to business-as-usual activities across Finance Operations. The role combines day-to-day operational responsibilities with merger and integration activities, including client onboarding, data validation, portal administration and matter maintenance. The successful candidate will help ensure information is maintained accurately, operational processes are delivered efficiently, and a high standard of service is provided to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the maintenance of client, matter and panel information within the firm systems
  • Assist with increased matter administration volumes arising from merger and integration activities
  • Support the onboarding and maintenance of clients across a range of E-Billing and payment platforms
  • Assist with the setup, configuration and ongoing administration of client portals
  • Liaise directly with clients and vendors to obtain information and resolve operational queries

Requirements

  • Have previous experience in an administrative, finance operations, billing, revenue or business support role
  • Have strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Be comfortable working with large volumes of data across multiple systems
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
