Job Responsibility:
Process bi-weekly payroll and manage staff benefits
Handle accounts payable and prepare government remittances
Reconcile general ledger accounts and review contracts
Support administrative tasks including WorkBC account management
Prepare and record bank deposits, and assist with audits and special projects
Requirements:
Proficient in Adagio accounting software
Understands Canadian payroll legislation and confidentiality protocols
Strong administrative experience, including contract review
Experience supporting audits or similar financial reviews
