Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Accounts Payable team with matching invoices and delivery dockets with approved purchase orders
  • Ensure correct General Ledger codes are consistently used
  • Ensure payment runs are performed timely
  • Prepare payment runs for approval
  • Liaise with external suppliers and internal claimants
  • Assist the Income Audit team with preparing daily revenue report
  • Review daily rebate vouchers and corrections
  • Review daily paperwork for cashiers
  • Assist the General Cashier team with counting and verifying money
  • Prepare bank deposit slips
  • Prepare daily house bank statement
  • Prepare General Cashier's daily report and monthly summary
  • Provide cashiers' daily change
  • Undertake any other duties as required
  • Attend meetings
  • Meet grooming standards
  • Anticipate guest's needs
  • Comply with hotel policies
  • Comply with Marriott's Code of Business Conduct
