Job Responsibility

  • Budget Management - Assist in preparing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets
  • Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Transaction Processing - Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately
  • Record Keeping - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with policies
  • Support Audits - Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support

Requirements

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • A DBS certificate is an advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting software (ideally PSF/Iris Financials)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A cheerful disposition and a collaborative spirit
