Finance officer

• Lead Accounts Payable & P2P Operations Oversee the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay lifecycle, ensuring the accurate reviewing, parking, and posting of invoices while maintaining high standards of data integrity within SAP
• Contract & Procurement Administration Manage the creation and maintenance of contracts, outline agreements, and purchase orders, ensuring all entries are backed by robust supporting documentation and align with organizational requirements
• Team Supervision & Mentorship Directly supervise the Accounts Payable team by prioritizing daily workloads, providing technical guidance, and fostering the professional growth of junior staff through dedicated training and support
• Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution Act as a primary liaison between internal departments and external vendors to resolve complex payment queries, ensuring positive professional relationships and timely dispute resolution
• Compliance, Reporting & Process Improvement Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant legislation and frameworks
• contribute to monthly reporting suites and actively participate in the branch’s continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows

• NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance (Essential)
• Australian Citizenship
• Strong end to end Accounts Payable processing experience
• SAP system knowledge (Desirable)
• Expertise with MS Word and Excel
