We're looking for Finance Officer to help manage and administer the service charge process for our rental, shared ownership, and leasehold customers. You’ll also play a key role in integrating our current rent and service charge processes into new, improved ways of working.
Job Responsibility:
Produce accurate rent and service charge data
Support the delivery and improvement of service charge processes
Contribute to integrating rent and service charge activities in line with new systems
Provide excellent customer service in writing, over the phone, and face-to-face
Act as an ambassador for Abri
Requirements:
Solid understanding of service charges and housing finance
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with confidence and a positive attitude
Great communicator with strong organisational skills
Keen eye for detail
Proactive and comfortable suggesting ways to improve processes
