Job Description

We're looking for Finance Officer to help manage and administer the service charge process for our rental, shared ownership, and leasehold customers. You’ll also play a key role in integrating our current rent and service charge processes into new, improved ways of working.

Job Responsibility

  • Produce accurate rent and service charge data
  • Support the delivery and improvement of service charge processes
  • Contribute to integrating rent and service charge activities in line with new systems
  • Provide excellent customer service in writing, over the phone, and face-to-face
  • Act as an ambassador for Abri

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of service charges and housing finance
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with confidence and a positive attitude
  • Great communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and comfortable suggesting ways to improve processes
