Job Description:

As a Finance Network Specialist, you will be the key finance partner for our Property & Network team, driving the forecasting and planning processes that support Pandora’s expansion strategy. You will provide actionable financial insights, build business cases for network-related investments, ensure accurate follow-up on performance, and act as the cluster anchor for CAPEX, rental forecasts, and store count planning across our owned & operated and wholesale channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes related to network expansion, CAPEX, and store counts
  • Support the creation, review, and submission of investment profiles (IPs) and business cases for new store openings and related initiatives
  • Monitor and report on new openings, analyzing P&L performance versus business case and evaluating cannibalization effects
  • Deliver CAPEX reporting, store count reporting, and financial insights to leadership teams
  • Collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager, Property & Network Director, and global network stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations and support ad-hoc analysis for management decision-making

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in senior business finance roles with proven impact on business performance and value creation
  • Experience in international organizations, ideally within retail, fashion, or FMCG sectors
  • Master’s degree in Finance or a related field
  • Business partnering capabilities and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • High energy, strategic mindset, and a proactive attitude in driving complex agendas
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Nice to have:

Experience with Hyperion, AX/SAP, and BI systems is a plus
