Finance Manager

• Leads the local Finance team and develops the team’s skills
• Responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of Lankhorst group
• Leads the budgeting and financial planning activities of the business
• Develops financial strategies and plans to identify short-term and long-term opportunities across the company
• Reviews, evaluates, develops, implements, maintains and verifies internal and business controls for processes, systems and financial statements
• Ensures Credit is managed in line with the division & company’s targets and rules
• Leads (financial) projects aimed at improving processes

• Accounting/Financial degree
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in accounting, controlling or audit
• Experience in an international environment is preferred with a proven ability to lead a team
• Analytical minded and attention to detail
• Result and Customer oriented
• Team player and collaboration within matrix organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to deal with confidential matters
• Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities
• Coach and develop the team
• Stress resistant
• Strong cross cultural communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
