Job Description:

The Finance Manager is a key member of the finance team, responsible for accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, budget tracking, process improvement, and compliance. You will ensure the integrity of financial data, help optimize workflows, and support the business as it scales internationally.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate monthly accounting closing with external accountants
Review and reconcile P&L and balance sheet items (revenues, fleet expenses, commissions, etc.)
Ensure all supporting documents are correctly archived and classified
Prepare monthly financial reports for management
Build and maintain monthly cash reports
Monitor payments, bank balances, and transfers
Prepare cash forecasts and anticipate funding needs
Reconcile ride data and revenues with accounting
Review supplier invoices and ensure proper approval and analytical allocation
Track operational expenses versus budget and highlight variances
Help improve finance workflows (invoicing, payments, expense validation)
Contribute to automation and data accuracy between Fleetch, Heetch, and accounting systems
Support annual audits (statutory and internal)
Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and legal requirements

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or management control
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Skilled in Excel / Google Sheets
Can work comfortably in English and Portuguese
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment
