Job Description

You will responsible for leading all finance-related activities for the Japan legal entity, including financial accounting, taxation, and cash management. Reporting to the VP Finance in Asia, this role manages end-to-end financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations
  • Post SAP entries and accruals
  • Handle CIT and Consumption Tax filings
  • Oversee credit limits and releases
  • Supervise external part-time staff
  • Conduct asset counts and stock takes

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • US CPA (completed or in progress) preferred
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Strong computer skills
  • SAP experience highly preferred
  • Prior experience in trading business (import) required
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and strong team player
