Finance Manager

• Financial Strategy & Analysis: Be a strategic partner by developing and maintaining robust financial models to support business strategies. You'll lead annual budgeting, manage rolling forecasts, and conduct in-depth profitability and scenario analyses to identify opportunities and risks
• Reporting & Compliance: You'll oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the Group finance team. This includes coordinating all audit and tax activities, managing statutory filings, and strengthening internal controls to ensure full compliance and corporate governance
• Cash Flow & Performance: Take charge of the company's financial health by accurately forecasting cash flow, managing working capital, and providing insightful analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team focused on efficiency and accuracy. You'll foster a high-performing culture, driving professional growth and continuous improvement

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Finance, with significant exposure to FP&A, Performance Management, and/or Financial Reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing a high-performing team
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being a strong team player
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
