Finance Manager

• Manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate recording of all general ledger transactions
• Prepare detailed financial reports, charts, and models to support data-driven decision-making
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, evaluating past performance and forecasting future trends
• Conduct variance analyses for balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and budgets to identify areas for improvement
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the general ledger and report findings to the Director of Finance
• Review and approve the work of finance staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Maintain effective communication with the Director of Finance regarding month-end activities and ongoing projects
• Develop and refine financial templates and models to enhance reporting efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and principles throughout all processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel at an intermediate or advanced level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information
• Proven ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
• Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor finance team members

Experience in financial modeling and forecasting is highly desirable
