In this role, you will oversee financial operations, drive innovation through advanced technologies, and provide critical insights to support organizational success. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the modernization of finance capabilities by embedding emerging tools and data-driven approaches into daily operations, enabling stronger insight and faster, better-informed decisions
  • Own the preparation and delivery of accurate financial results, pairing rigorous reporting with thoughtful analysis to support leadership planning and long-term initiatives
  • Translate complex operational and financial information into meaningful trends, performance indicators, and recommendations that support measurable business improvement
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to build disciplined budgets, evaluate investment effectiveness, and conduct periodic financial reviews aligned with business priorities
  • Identify gaps across processes, systems, and organizational capabilities, then lead or support initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and overall performance
  • Provide oversight for financial obligations, agreements, and commitments to ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and governance standards
  • Serve as a trusted financial partner across departments, encouraging collaboration and ensuring alignment between financial insight and organizational objectives
  • Evaluate enterprise strategies and ongoing operations to anticipate financial implications and proactively advise on risks, opportunities, and course corrections

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with proven expertise in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in leveraging advanced technologies, including AI and data analytics, to improve financial processes
  • Knowledge of contract management and compliance processes
  • Experience in driving process improvements and leading organizational transformations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
