We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to spearhead our financial operations in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in ensuring statutory compliance (PEZA, BIR), optimizing payroll through automation, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.
Job Responsibility:
Compliance & Statutory Reporting: Lead the timely filing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR Form 2316. Manage PEZA requirements in collaboration with external agencies
Payroll & System Optimization: Oversee end-to-end payroll (manual & automated via Sprout). Establish a comprehensive process guidebook for payroll standardization
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Prepare monthly budget reports, cash position updates, and financial models to drive business decisions
Team Leadership: Manage daily financial operations, set clear team objectives, and ensure staff compliance with internal procedures
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary financial contact for banks, suppliers, and internal departments (IT, PMO)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
CPA (Philippines) preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience, with a track record in PEZA-registered companies and ERP migration (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Strong knowledge of Philippines labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to bridge local operations with regional headquarters
