Finance Manager

• Oversee revenue recognition for complex revenue streams, including software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and professional services fees
• Track and analyze project costing, margins, and profitability for IT/software development projects to ensure optimal financial performance
• Review commercial contracts to ensure favorable financial terms, including payment milestones, credit terms, and tax implications
• Spearhead the annual budgeting process and manage periodic forecasts and financial projections
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, providing actionable business insights and recommendations to the C-suite for strategic decision-making
• Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with MFRS/IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and implement strict expense control measures
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
• Ensure timely submission of Corporate Tax, SST, and other statutory filings, liaising effectively with auditors and tax agents
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team (executives and accountants) to ensure high performance and career progression

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of SaaS, IT Software, or iGaming business models is advantageous
• Experience in software project costing and revenue recognition is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders (Sales, IT, HR)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
