Job Description

This is an exciting new opportunity that has just arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the budgets
  • Providing accurate financial information
  • Ensuring the money is used effectively and in line with regulations
  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Monitoring budgets and identifying any overspending or issues
  • Tracking income, including funding from Governing bodies
  • Reconciling payroll and explaining differences
  • Preparing cash flow forecasts
  • Producing short and long term budget forecasts (1, 3 and 5 years)
  • Reporting any concerns about financial irregularities
  • Supporting audits and end of year processes

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in a Finance role
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting
  • Able to analyse financial data
  • Strong IT skills
  • AAT Level 3+ (desirable)
