Finance Manager

• Manage the entire implementation process of a centralized software system to manage and track product sales across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, and Operations, to ensure the successful execution of the project
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on financial matters
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, vendors, and financial institutions

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success
• Experience in project management and software implementation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Knowledge of Canadian, UK, and European financial regulations and reporting requirements is an asset
