Requirements:
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
Proven experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
High level of proficiency with financial software and reporting tools
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
