Job Description:

The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Finance Manager Region to join its team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. Job Responsibility:

  • Analysis of P&L, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
  • Development and implementation of KPIs
  • Participation in budgeting and variance analysis
  • Management of outsourced accounting teams across different regions
  • Data quality control and reconciliation
  • Compliance with local accounting and tax regulations
  • Coordination of statutory audits and auditor selection
  • Liaison with banks regarding financing matters
  • Optimization of terms: tariffs, limits, interest rates
  • Cash flow planning
  • Oversight of internet banking operations
  • Preparation of financial documents for tenders and inspections
  • Support during tax and audit checks
  • Timely reporting for external and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in senior roles within international companies
  • Experience working with multinational structures and coordinating outsourced partners
  • Deep knowledge of accounting and management reporting (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
  • Proven track record of successful audit and tax inspections
  • Familiarity with banking products and financing processes
  • Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, macros, modeling)
  • Proficient in 1C version 8.x
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (business correspondence, meetings, documentation)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with MENA, Caspian, and India regions
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, DipIFR
  • Knowledge of additional languages: Arabic, Hindi, Polish, German
  • Experience with foreign currency operations and hedging
  • Understanding and application of Transfer Pricing principles
