Job Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate revenue models, pricing strategies, customer profitability, and investment decisions
  • Act as a finance advisor to sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Support new initiatives, product launches, and market expansions with financial feasibility analysis
  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range business plans
  • Build scenario models to assess risks and opportunities
  • Track performance against plan, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Design and own management dashboards, MIS, and KPI frameworks
  • Present financial insights and narratives in leadership reviews
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives
  • Analyze gross margin, contribution margin, and operating leverage
  • Challenge cost structures and highlight efficiency areas
  • Work closely with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams
  • Mentor junior finance team members
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic questions
  • Support leadership in deal evaluation, investment decisions, and strategic reviews

  • Chartered Accountant/MBA
  • Commercial finance & FP&A expertise
