Finance Manager

• Lead the Finance Department in a range of portfolios comprising financial services, management accounts and business analysis
• Ensure coherent and effective financial management of the company and comply with company policy and procedures
• Maintain effective professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, working collaboratively across functions to achieve set objectives
• Manage the monthly financial reporting process
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements with accuracy and on a timely basis to meet deadlines
• Analyze the company's financial performance
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Ensure monthly management reports and annual financial statements for JV partners are reported on a timely basis
• Be in charge of GCFS to ensure monthly management accounts and annual financial statements are reported timely to meet deadlines
• Assist the Financial Controller with the monthly reporting duties and to support financial decision making
• Ensure internal controls are in place
• Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of the company's accounting system (Infor M3 and DEPM)
• Deal with the company's internal and external auditors, tax agents and legal matters
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
• Manage the company's cashflow
• Work collaboratively across all departments to achieve set objectives
• Manage effective professional relationships with Vendors, Customers, Auditors, and Government Authorities
