Job Description:

This role is responsible for the integrity and strategic direction of the company’s financial reporting across multiple international entities (Singapore, Vietnam, Japan). Key duties include leading the full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing robust management accounts and variance analyses, and ensuring compliance with local and group (IFRS) accounting standards. Furthermore, the role acts as a strategic business partner by managing FP&A activities—such as budgeting and forecasting—while driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement of internal controls and the implementation of financial systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the integrity and strategic direction of the company’s financial reporting across multiple international entities (Singapore, Vietnam, Japan)
  • Leading the full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Preparing robust management accounts and variance analyses
  • Ensuring compliance with local and group (IFRS) accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting
  • At least 5 years of full sets experience
  • CA/ACCA/CPA is highly advantageous
  • Strong technical skills
  • Adaptable and resourceful
  • System implementation experience would be helpful
