Job Description

Financial Management: Responsible for the company’s overall financial management, including financial statements, budget preparation, and tax planning; Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data; Participate in the company’s strategic decision-making, providing financial analysis and advice to support business development. Tax Management: Responsible for tax planning and compliance, ensuring that all tax filings are completed accurately and on time; Monitor and analyze changes in tax policies, adjusting tax strategies as needed to minimize tax risks; Establish and maintain good relationships with tax authorities, handling relevant tax matters. Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, delegate tasks, and provide effective training and guidance; Regularly evaluate team members’ performance, offer feedback, and provide career development advice; Ensure team members have solid financial knowledge and drive continuous improvement in their skills. Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual financial budget, and conduct regular analysis of budget execution; Provide financial forecasting analysis to evaluate future funding needs and resource allocation. Financial Compliance and Auditing: Ensure that the company’s financial operations comply with national regulations and internal policies; Participate in annual audit work, cooperate with auditing agencies to ensure compliance and proper operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience
  • Familiar with Chinese and Australian financial, tax, and auditing regulations, with comprehensive financial statement preparation and analysis skills
  • Experience in comprehensive tax management, including tax planning and tax filings
  • Overseas study or work experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
