Finance Manager

• Develop and manage interactive financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and large-scale data sources to support project and business unit performance tracking
• Prepare recurring financial analyses, including monthly reporting and variance reviews, to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership
• Partner with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs, align data requirements, and deliver practical analytical solutions
• Document reporting procedures, data policies, and control practices to promote consistency, protect sensitive information, and support compliance expectations
• Lead analytics-focused initiatives that improve reporting quality, streamline processes, and expand the use of financial data across the organization
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members by coaching staff on reporting tools, analytical methods, and financial data interpretation
• Coordinate user acceptance testing for new or updated financial data models and reporting enhancements to confirm accuracy and usability
• Create training resources and deliver sessions for project managers and business leaders on financial reporting tools, dashboards, and reporting standards

• Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and reporting within a corporate or project-based environment
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, report design, and data visualization for business users
• Hands-on experience working with data modeling, large datasets, and analytical tools to produce reliable financial insights
• Ability to perform variance analysis and translate financial results into clear recommendations for leadership
• Knowledge of data governance, documentation standards, and controls related to sensitive financial information
• Experience collaborating across finance, technology, and operational teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments such as Google Cloud Platform is preferred
• Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical or financial concepts to varied audiences
