Finance Manager

• Execute the monthly group consolidation process for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate inter-company eliminations and foreign currency translations
• Manage the integrity of the financial consolidation system, ensuring all sub-ledgers reconcile with the general ledger
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure standardized accounting treatments across all entities
• Prepare and submit timely monthly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS/MFRS
• Produce clear, accurate financial decks for the Board of Directors, focusing on variance analysis between actuals vs. budget from a reporting perspective
• Oversee direct and indirect tax filings (SST, CIT) and ensure all statutory deadlines are met without exception
• Act as the primary liaison for external auditors
• manage the end-to-end audit schedule, resolve audit queries, and ensure a clean audit report
• Review and strengthen internal control policies (SOPs) to mitigate financial risk and ensure strict corporate governance

• Must be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or ICAEW)
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong foundation in Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting
• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of IFRS/MFRS and local tax laws
• Deadline-driven, highly organized, and possess strict attention to detail
• Prefer structure and compliance over ambiguity

Candidates with a background in Big 4 Audit firms are highly preferred
