Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Concord, New Hampshire, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key financial operations. The ideal candidate will excel in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling, ensuring accurate forecasting and seamless month-end processes.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial regulations
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
Create accurate forecasts based on historical data and market trends to guide business planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all financial activities
Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and enhance operational efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights to support organizational success

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare or social assistance industry
Expertise in month-end close processes, financial modeling, and reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in forecasting techniques and the development of financial models
Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
