Finance manager

• Oversee and improve day to day operation and monthly/ Year-End closing process
• Perform monthly variance analysis of actual results versus budgets
• Oversee and support monthly management reporting and forecasting process
• Support a seamless and efficient budgeting process
• Support to implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and statutory regulations and to safeguard company assets
• Oversee and train other accounting staffs
• Improve the company’s financial structure by supporting and implementing financial strategies
• Support to prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in ad-hoc projects as required
• Other related affairs

• Knowledge of finance and accounting (including relevant laws and regulations)
• Experience and knowledge of monthly and year-end book closing process
• Experience in managerial positions for finance and accounting more than 4 years
• Understanding of accounting systems and other related IT skills
• Negotiation and communication skills with internal and external professionals
• High experience in excel and words, power point, etc.
• English skill is preferable
