Finance Manager

• Oversee cost inputs and collaborate closely with operations to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare detailed budget forecasts and manage comprehensive financial planning processes
• Analyze inventory data and conduct audits to maintain financial integrity
• Generate monthly financial reports that provide actionable insights for leadership
• Support large-scale financial operations
• Coordinate with the corporate office to utilize shared services for accounting and operational tasks
• Travel occasionally to company locations to ensure alignment with financial strategies
• Conduct cost analyses and evaluate return on investment for operational decisions
• Partner with leaders to implement and monitor financial strategies across multiple hatcheries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and contribute to continuous process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in cost accounting, inventory analysis, and manufacturing finance
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains Accounting software or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with operations teams on financial matters
• Proactive and efficient approach to problem-solving and team collaboration
• Familiarity with the poultry industry is preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
