Job Description:

This is a rare opportunity to step into a Finance Manager role with genuine breadth, real ownership, and direct exposure to senior leadership. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a central role in the day-to-day finance function while actively contributing to its evolution as the business scales internationally. This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded finance professional who wants more than month-end. Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the Financial Controller to prepare monthly financial reports and deliver insightful commentary for executive decision-making
  • Own month-end close activities, including preparation, review, and ongoing process improvement
  • Review and ensure accuracy of monthly customer billing, maintaining data integrity and strong customer relationships
  • Take full ownership of inventory management and accounting, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure clean data integration
  • Liaise with local and international advisors to support financial statement preparation and tax compliance
  • Identify and champion process improvements across the finance function to build a more agile and efficient team

Requirements:

  • CA qualified with 3–4+ years of hands-on accounting experience, from either a professional services or in-house environment
  • Solid management reporting experience with the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insight
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • experience with accounting platforms such as Xero, NetSuite, or SAP highly regarded
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality
  • Experience with inventory management and costing desirable
  • Natural communicator with the ability to engage confidently across finance and non-finance stakeholders
