Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to build and lead the finance function for Uber Payments Taiwan (UPT) from the ground up. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end financial governance, safeguarding operations, reconciliation accuracy, and regulatory reporting, while also preparing the entity for future Electronic Payment Institution (EPI) requirements. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Payments, Taiwan, you will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, Operations), as well as banks, trust institutions, and regulators. You will design and operationalize financial controls and reporting processes that meet Uber’s global standards and Taiwan’s evolving regulatory landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean, fast-moving regulated environment.
