Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting in line with IFRS and company standards
  • Preparing and supervising budgets, forecasts, and management reporting, including KPI analysis and performance tracking
  • Driving financial control, risk management, and compliance, including audits and governance processes
  • Supporting cash flow optimization, working capital management, and investment monitoring (CAPEX)
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business and supervising local payroll activities and HR administrative support

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders across regions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into business insights
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and consolidation tools like OneStream
