Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Monitor and analyze KPIs across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Monitor working capital

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Certified Tax Accountant qualification is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and audit procedures
Experience with J-GAAP based financial statement preparation (IFRS experience is a plus)
Experience in preparing tax returns, including BEPS local files
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in Japanese and English
