Job Description

In Finance, we work hand-in-hand with leaders across the company to ensure smooth, disciplined execution of strategic business objectives. Our Strategic Finance team provides comprehensive financial insights into the business through functional business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and project management.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with business and functional leaders to enhance financial reporting & forecasting to drive insights and change, applying business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision making
  • You will be a primary point of contact for all things finance and will lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting
  • Connecting financial insights to operational results, and the external environment
  • Lead cross functional projects enhancing our reporting infrastructure to provide the organization with the right tools to understand trends and manage to targets
  • Lead cross functional projects
  • Innovate: We will push the boundaries beyond traditional forecasting. Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • A minimum of 5+ years in Corporate Finance, Banking, FP&A
  • Advanced Excel, Google products knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP

Nice to have

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Systems - working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems
  • MBA, CFA or CPA
  • Infrastructure, Cloud, AI, or Software experience
