We’re hiring a Finance Manager, Revenue Cloud & AI to lead revenue finance for Microsoft’s strategic partnerships. This role will own business health deliverables, develop reporting processes to support product performance analytics, and drive close, forecast, and quarterly review cycles. You’ll influence partnership strategy through deep collaboration across the C+AI Finance organization and business partner teams. Job Responsibility

  • Leads the execution of annual business planning, monthly close, and quarterly forecasting for AI revenue, and delivers weekly revenue sizing and quarterly outlook insights to our senior leadership team
  • Builds scalable financial models and automated solutions to support decision-making across AI partnerships
  • Delivers monetization frameworks for triangulating GPU demand and supply
  • Highlights tradeoffs, assesses risks and opportunities, and influences pricing and capacity planning decisions in partnership with sales, engineering, and partner finance teams
  • Aligns stakeholders on key performance indicators and expected outcomes. Converts business insights into measurable impact, refines AI business models, and supports long-term revenue strategy for Azure AI
  • Acts as a culture champion driving continuous improvement and leading to “best place to work” environment
  • Drives the right tone from executive leadership and ensures strict adherence and understanding of Microsoft policies on risk and compliance. Influences leadership to ensure compliance is a top priority and modeled throughout the organization

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel with the ability to extract and synthesize insights from large datasets
