Job Description

Randstad is exclusively partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking US MNC currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. Following a recent acquisition, the company is optimizing its operational framework and migrating to state-of-the-art ERP and CRM systems. We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Finance Manager to take full leadership of the finance and accounting operations. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic change-agent to not only manage the numbers but to actively rebuild processes, spearhead system migrations, and act as a critical business partner to the executive leadership team and parent company. This dual-focus role demands a strategic thinker who excels in both traditional financial controllership and high-level change management. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial records while leading post-acquisition process redesigns, specifically driving the migration to Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead finance-related change management initiatives arising from the recent acquisition, including process redesign, reporting enhancements, and control improvements
  • Act as the finance lead for system migration projects (Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce), managing process mapping, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Develop and document robust finance SOPs, approval workflows, and internal controls to support a structured post-acquisition environment
  • Champion user training and adoption of new finance tools, ensuring business continuity with minimal disruption
  • Lead the creation of annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts aligned with strategic growth plans
  • Partner with the parent company CFO and global finance staff on financial forecasting, new initiatives, and periodic performance presentations
  • Execute in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis to provide actionable insights on performance drivers and risks
  • Proactively manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital to maximize liquidity and mitigate risks
  • Direct daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and fully compliant financial reporting (MFRS and statutory regulations)
  • Oversee core accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and periodic financial statements
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize departmental controls and financial systems to maximize efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure comprehensive direct and indirect tax compliance, optimizing tax strategies and monitoring regulatory changes
  • Manage the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor the accounting team, fostering a highly collaborative and accountable work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in an accounting or financial management role
  • Proven, prior experience in change management, ERP implementation, system migration, or post-acquisition integration is required
  • Direct experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce is highly advantageous
  • Experience working in a Private Equity-backed company, a multinational group, or an investor-reporting environment is highly advantageous
  • A recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA) is a strong advantage
  • A proactive self-starter with exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, accountable mindset
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Bachelor Degree
