Following a recent acquisition, the company is optimizing its operational framework and migrating to state-of-the-art ERP and CRM systems. We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Finance Manager to take full leadership of the finance and accounting operations. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic change-agent to not only manage the numbers but to actively rebuild processes, spearhead system migrations, and act as a critical business partner to the executive leadership team and parent company. This dual-focus role demands a strategic thinker who excels in both traditional financial controllership and high-level change management. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial records while leading post-acquisition process redesigns, specifically driving the migration to Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce.
Job Responsibility
Lead finance-related change management initiatives arising from the recent acquisition, including process redesign, reporting enhancements, and control improvements
Act as the finance lead for system migration projects (Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce), managing process mapping, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
Develop and document robust finance SOPs, approval workflows, and internal controls to support a structured post-acquisition environment
Champion user training and adoption of new finance tools, ensuring business continuity with minimal disruption
Lead the creation of annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts aligned with strategic growth plans
Partner with the parent company CFO and global finance staff on financial forecasting, new initiatives, and periodic performance presentations
Execute in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis to provide actionable insights on performance drivers and risks
Proactively manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital to maximize liquidity and mitigate risks
Direct daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and fully compliant financial reporting (MFRS and statutory regulations)
Oversee core accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and periodic financial statements
Continuously evaluate and optimize departmental controls and financial systems to maximize efficiency and scalability
Ensure comprehensive direct and indirect tax compliance, optimizing tax strategies and monitoring regulatory changes
Manage the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
Supervise, coach, and mentor the accounting team, fostering a highly collaborative and accountable work environment
Requirements
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in an accounting or financial management role
Proven, prior experience in change management, ERP implementation, system migration, or post-acquisition integration is required
Direct experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce is highly advantageous
Experience working in a Private Equity-backed company, a multinational group, or an investor-reporting environment is highly advantageous
A recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA) is a strong advantage
A proactive self-starter with exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, accountable mindset
