Job Description

This is a 1-year fixed term contract. The Finance Integration Manager supports finance integration activities and system migration work within the Deliveroo Finance team. The role contributes to the integration of financial processes, controls, reporting and systems, reporting to the Head of Finance Integration & Transformation to maintain business continuity and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with solid technical accounting expertise, good stakeholder management skills, and exposure to finance integration or system migration work. You will be based in our HQ (London, Cannon Street), and we are operating on a hybrid model where you will be in the office three times a week.

Job Responsibility

  • Support finance integration activities transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to the integration of financial systems, processes, controls and reporting structures
  • Support the alignment of accounting policies, chart of accounts and financial reporting standards
  • Carry out policy alignment activities and finance system migration tasks
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Tax, Legal, Treasury and Operations
  • Help manage integration risks, dependencies and issue resolution at workstream level
  • Support data validation, reconciliation and financial integrity throughout integration processes
  • Support compliance with regulatory, audit and internal control requirements
  • Prepare workstream status updates for the Senior Finance Manager
  • Contribute to process improvement and standardisation across the integration scope
  • Support post-integration stabilisation and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA - fully qualified, not part-qualified)
  • Financial control, group reporting or technical accounting background
  • Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting principles and financial reporting (IFRS
  • exposure to US GAAP an advantage)
  • Experience in finance transformation, integration or M&A environments, ideally in mid-to-large or US-parented businesses
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or another major ERP - migration exposure preferred
  • Comfortable owning discrete workstreams with manager-grade guidance
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
