Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Shape financial strategy at a global e-commerce leader
Lead and mentor a finance team to achieve success

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or a related analytical role
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

Experience with large-scale data analysis preferred
Experience with financial systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) a plus
MBA or CPA a plus
