Job Description

The Finance Manager will provide FP&A support for Network Engineering, delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and performance reporting that enable strong execution and informed investment decisions. This role is hands-on and analytical, partnering closely with Network Engineering stakeholders to understand cost drivers, track performance, and support financial discipline across network investments.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and maintain capital and operating forecasts and budgets for Network Engineering
  • Analyze financial and operational results to identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
  • Support creation and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Partner with Network Engineering stakeholders to understand execution drivers and support course correction
  • Prepare analysis and materials for leadership reviews and investment decision meetings
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial controls and governance standards
  • Collaborate with peers across Finance to drive standardization and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, analytics, or financial planning roles
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • experience with SAP/BPC preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Network Engineering or capital-intensive technical organizations
  • Network or Network FP&A experience, including leasing, network cost structures, and capital planning
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI/ML-driven financial analysis
