Job Description:

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of fund accounting, finance, and investor relations, with direct exposure to senior leadership and LPs. You will partner closely with the Head of Investor Relations on strategic and ad hoc initiatives, while playing a key role in fund reporting, investor communications, and portfolio insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and review quarterly and annual fund financial reporting
  • Serve as a key point of contact for LPs, managing communications and responding to investor requests
  • Prepare fund performance reporting, investment analyses, and quarterly investor materials
  • Develop investor-facing content including letters, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, including data room management and document delivery
  • Oversee portfolio data collection and support valuation processes
  • Drive ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives across finance and IR

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience, ideally with a foundation in public accounting or VC/PE fund administration
  • Open to candidates directly from public accounting or fund admin with exposure to venture capital, private equity, or investment management clients
  • Strong understanding of investment partnership accounting, fund operations, and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with LPs

Nice to have:

Experience with AltaReturn, Allvue, or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
