Requirements

  • You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a bachelor’s, or master’s degree with strong academic results
  • You are flexible with your location and willing to work at any of our DACH sites (i.e., Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, Spittal a.d. Drau). Full location flexibility in DACH is required when applying for this role
  • You demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Finance
  • You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct
  • You can speak and write proficiently (min. C1) in German and English
