Your Next Opportunity Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Finance Liaison Officer to join our growing Finance team at Norwest. In this role, you’ll support customers through the financial aspects of their home building journey, acting as a key connection between customers, lenders, brokers and internal teams. You’ll also manage the accounts process ensuring payments and progress claims are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team within a trusted home building brand. Liaise with lenders and mortgage brokers to support customers through finance approval and construction loan processes. Work closely with pre-construction teams to ensure finance arrangements align with contract and construction timelines. Assist with monitoring finance approvals and identifying potential delays or risks to project commencement. Accounts processing, including allocating customer payments, invoicing progress claims, and following up outstanding balances as well as other ad hoc duties. Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure they understand financial obligations throughout the building journey.

  • Understanding of residential construction loans and progress payment structures and lender requirements
  • Experience managing accounts: allocate payments, invoice progress claims, and follow up outstanding balances
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently discuss financial matters with customers
