Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Finance Liaison / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team at Norwest. In this role, you’ll support customers through the financial aspects of their home building journey, acting as a key connection between customers, lenders, brokers and internal teams. You’ll also manage accounts receivable processes to ensure payments and progress claims are handled accurately and efficiently. Job Responsibility:
Engage with customers to understand their financial position and discuss funding requirements for their home build
Provide guidance on construction loans, including progress payment structures and lender requirements
Liaise with lenders and mortgage brokers to support customers through finance approval and construction loan processes
Work closely with pre-construction teams to ensure finance arrangements align with contract and construction timelines
Assist with monitoring finance approvals and identifying potential delays or risks to project commencement
Accounts receivable processes, including allocating customer payments, invoicing progress claims, and following up outstanding balances as well as other ad hoc duties
Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure they understand financial obligations throughout the building journey
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently discuss financial matters with customers
Understanding of residential construction loans and progress payment processes
Experience working with lenders, mortgage brokers, or finance processes in a related industry
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Accounts Receivable and/or accounting software experience would be highly regarded
