In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Finance Operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Establish the roadmap and critical path for establishing financial operations in new international markets
  • Drive high-stakes financial infrastructure projects from conception to launch
  • Architect a repeatable framework to scale global corporate functions in international markets
  • Serve as the central lead for entity setup and ongoing health
  • Align local requirements with global SAP S/4HANA capabilities in collaboration with Business Systems
  • Collaborate to identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, and trade risks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Enablement
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs (e.g., ERP rollouts, M&A integrations, or new market entries) across Legal, Tax, Treasury, HR/Employment, and Finance Systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effective, outcome-driven meetings with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
  • Extensive experience collaborating with international teams and diverse stakeholder groups including the executive team
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and experience aligning business requirements with tier-one ERP capabilities (SAP preferred)
  • Strong ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments and shifting priorities

Nice to have

  • CPA, PMP, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., Change Management certification)
  • Experience leading process optimization projects utilizing financial technologies (RPA, AI/ML in finance)
  • Familiarity with multiple statutory reporting frameworks (e.g., multiple country GAAP)
